Services

My services are designed to support people with Parkinson’s and their caregivers in a structured, realistic, and human way. Support can be short-term or ongoing, and is adapted to individual needs, mobility levels, and life circumstances.

Individual Parkinson’s Consultation

A one-to-one consultation for people living with Parkinson’s and/or their caregivers. These sessions provide space to ask questions, gain clarity, and receive practical guidance beyond standard medical appointments.

Sessions may include:

Understanding Parkinson’s symptoms and progression

Navigating medical, therapeutic, and community support

Daily-life strategies (movement, routine, energy management)

Emotional and psychosocial impact on individuals and families

Format:

Online or in-person coaching

Single session or ongoing support

Movement Support for Parkinson’s

Movement plays a crucial role in maintaining mobility, confidence, and a connection to the body in Parkinson’s. My work focuses on functional, expressive, and adaptive movement, not performance.

Adapted to:

Mobility and balance levels

Fatigue and symptom fluctuations

Emotional state

Available as:

Individual sessions

Navigating changing roles over time
